How can I track my shipment?
Do you offer insurance?
No. We are studying the matter but, due to the low value of our shipments, usually it's not worth it.
How long does it usually take for the package to be delivered?
It actually depends on many factors, and the first one is the destination.
In general, to Europe it takes from 2 to 6 weeks; to USA from 2.5 to 6 weeks, and Australia from 1 to 4 weeks.
Of course, these are average delivery times.
I have an urgent delivery. Can't you use DHL, FedEx or UPS?
We can, but since the rate varies a lot depending on the weight and on the content, you have to contact us to get a quote.
I could not find a product. Can I ask you to look it up for me?
Sure! This is a free service that we provide to all our customers, and we usually find your product within 24h. Just give us as much information as you have, and we will look it up for you, FREE OF CHARGE, EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT BUY IT!
What is the free gift?
We always include AT LEAST one free gift in EACH and EVERY order, even the cheapest or smallest one. It's a small surprise, and we are sure you will enjoy it!
Can I choose the free gift?
Unfortunately not. These are items that, due to their nature, change pretty often, so we cannot give you a choice
When will you start the reward point system?
At the moment (april 2017) we are still building up the catalogue but do not worry! You are ALREADY accumulating points, so shop with confidence, and next time you will have a new gift waiting for you!
